Returns and exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, so we provide an opportunity to return or exchange goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

🔁 Return policy:

• You can return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be:
  unused;
  preserved in its original form (packaging, seals, labels);
  with a receipt or other proof of purchase.

❗️Goods that cannot be returned:

According to the CMU Resolution No. 172, personal care products and medical devices of good quality cannot be returned or exchanged.

📩 How to make a refund:
1. Contact us via the feedback form or by phone.
2. Specify the order number and the reason for the return.
3. Send the goods to the address specified by the manager.
4. After checking the goods, we will refund within 3-5 business days.
